Adult Water Exercise

Join our Water Exercise Classes and enjoy a great low impact outdoor workout with the guidance of trained instructors. Water exercise can aid in physical therapy, loosen up stiff joints, help lessen arthritis pain and provide a great cardio and full body workout.  

 

Hydro R.E.P.S.

Intermediate Intensity Level

A total body workout class that include cardio aerobics, muscle conditioning, flexibility and exercises for full body range of motion. Workouts are intermediate level and held in shallow water.

Aqua Cross Training

High Intensity Level

This class is for the serious athlete or triathlete looking to improve their endurance, power and agility.  It is also for the athlete recovering from injuries or the serious individual trying to lose weight. This class includes deep water intervals as well as shallow water plyometrics, explosive movements to develop muscle power.  This class has a high intensity level.

Yoga and Meditation

Connect your spirit, mind and body through Yoga and Meditation outdoors at the Berkeley Heights Community Pool.  Align your posture, practice breathing techniques, or try a new pose! Yoga participants must be age 16 or older.
